STRATEGIC MARKETING AND SALES MANAGEMENT

Clients

ICW designed by Jeff Banks

AHCM were commissioned by ‘Incorporate wear’ based in Birmingham to research the market potential for the launch of a brand new corporate clothing catalogue aimed at business professionals. On proving this to be a viable market AHCM were then appointed to manage the sales and marketing programme on a day to day basis. This involved participation in the brochure and website creation and all of the ongoing PR and social media requirements. We then sourced and trained a national sales team, managing all of the ongoing sales development. Through strategic marketing and targeting we identified and sourced new and lucrative markets and clients. Prestigious wins included Liverpool Football Club, Bank of Jamaica and The Royal Naval College in Greenwich.

AHCM were subsequently asked to create a marketing and sales campaign for Vortex Uniforms – another leading corporate clothing supplier - to identify and target new end user markets and to promote the Vortex Brand and capitalize on sales . AHCM have initiated a rolling programmer of research and sales techniques incorporating e -marketing and social media – identifying new promotional vehicles and exhibitions to increase sales and awareness all of which are currently being implemented.

“Alison impressed me greatly with the work that she did on the’ ICW by Jeff Banks ‘business, and, on the strength of this I asked her to develop and operate a new marketing and sales strategy for the Vortex brand. This is now coming to fruition- with excellent results targeting new markets and creating inventive commercial opportunities.”

Bespoke

Jeff Banks ‘Bespoke’ Dinners

AHCM identified that this prestigious bespoke suiting range would benefit from the personal touch and that in order to successfully promote the range, individual recommendation would be the key. We therefore researched and targeted specific professional businesses where the bespoke element had major appeal. We then organized and hosted prestigious business dinners and presentations, in conjunction with the designer Jeff Banks, to create awareness and incremental sales for his luxury bespoke suiting range.

We also increased PR and brand awareness of the bespoke suits by product placement- dressing high profile celebrities such as Peter Kay, Johnny Vegas, Kenny Dalglish and Ian Wright.
